Police responded to a call on Wilson’s Way just before 7:30pm, initiated by a family relative
A tragic incident unfolded in Dover on Thursday night as a couple and their teenage daughter were discovered dead in what investigators describe as “a deadly incident of domestic violence.”
Police responded to a call on Wilson’s Way just before 7:30 pm, initiated by a family relative who, upon checking on them, dialled 911.
The Norfolk District Attorney’s Office confirmed the grim discovery, refraining from disclosing the names of the deceased as they were in the process of notifying relatives. The investigation, still in its early stages, has not divulged additional details.
David Traub, spokesman for District Attorney Michael Morrissey, conveyed, “Although the investigation is at a very preliminary stage, the evidence available at this time does not indicate the involvement of any outside party but suggests that this is a deadly incident of domestic violence.
It is not believed that there is any ongoing danger to the Dover community related to this incident,” in a statement released on Friday.
