Alec Baldwin has been indicted by a grand jury on a charge of involuntary manslaughter in the “Rust” shooting case, according to a Santa Fe court filing.
The actor and several others were initially charged in early 2023 over a prop-gun shooting on the set of the Western movie in 2021, which left cinematographer Halyna Hutchins dead and injured another person.
